6. WhatsApp & Third-Party Providers
We use, among other services, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) for communication.
Please note:
- WhatsApp is an external service provider
- Data transfers to third countries (e.g. the USA) cannot be ruled out
- Use of WhatsApp is voluntary and initiated by the customer
As an alternative, we always offer communication by email or postal mail.
Depending on the type of inquiry, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and/or (f) GDPR.
7. Disclosure of Data
Personal data is disclosed only:
- to cooperating translators (confidentially and for a specific purpose)
- to public authorities, where legally required
- to tax advisors / tax authorities
Data is not disclosed for advertising purposes.

Personal data is stored only for as long as:
- the purpose of the processing exists, or
- statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. § 147 AO, § 257 HGB – up to 10 years)
